We begin by cultivating energy through the ancient healing art of Qi Gong, gently awakening the body and opening the flow of life force.

Primal Movement

Breathwork

This is followed by Wim Hof-inspired breathwork designed to support release, clearing accumulated stress and tension while expanding vitality.
